Highlights of NSE Circular dated July 30, 2022

Relaxation in timelines for compliance with regulatory requirements - COVID

NSE informed that SEBI/Exchanges had given relaxations to Members with respect to certain regulatory submissions/compliances till September 30, 2021, except the following requirement for which the timeline has been extended till December 31, 2021:

 

·        To operate the trading terminals from designated alternate locations, subject to the conditions specified in the Exchange circular NSE/INSP/43920 dated March 20, 2020

 

The timelines for aforesaid compliance were extended till March 31, 2022, vide Exchange circular No: NSE/INSP/50900 dated January 04, 2022, and no further extension was granted thereafter.

 

NSE has now reiterated that all the relaxations granted to members on account of Covid-19 pandemic stand withdrawn w.e.f. April 01, 2022.

 

NSE Circular no. NSE/INSP/53151 dated July 30, 2022 is enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
