Highlights of the Circular :
This is with reference to the Exchange Circular ref. no. NSE/COMP/73822 dated April 21, 2026 regarding submission of Half Yearly Networth Certificate as on March 31, 2026. Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby once again advised to submit the Half Yearly Networth Certificate as on March 31, 2026 by May 31, 2026.
Members are required to submit digitally signed Networth certificate from the auditor through ENITNEW-COMPLIANCE > Compliance > New Half Yearly Networth Submission at the link https://enit.nseindia.com/MemberPortal/. Detailed manual for submission of Half Yearly Networth Certificate through ENIT is available in the above-mentioned Exchange Circular.
Members are advised to take note of the above and submit the Networth certificate on or before May 31, 2026 to avoid any penal/disciplinary action, as prescribed in the Exchange Circular reference no. NSE/INSP/73792 dated April 17, 2026.
