Highlights of the Circular :
All enlisted Investment Advisers (IAs) are advised to submit the Half-Yearly Periodic Report for the period ended March 31, 2026, through the BSE portal. The BSE portal can be accessed at:
https://membershipraia.bseindia.com/
Investment Advisers are required to use their existing login credentials created at the time of applying for registration as an Investment Adviser. Creation of new login credentials is not permitted for the purpose of this submission.
The portal shall remain open for submission from April 01, 2026 up to April 30, 2026. The draft format of the periodic submission as on March 31, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure I. Investment Advisers are advised to carefully follow all the steps outlined in the User Manual attached as Annexure II.
