Clarification on the Digital Accessibility circulars of SEBI
Highlights of BSE Circular dated December -08 -2025
This is with reference to Exchange Notice Nos. 20250927-1 dated September 27, 2025, 20250829-38 dated August 29, 2025, and 20250806-17 dated August 6, 2025, pertaining to the captioned subject.
Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), vide its Circular No. HO/13/19/13(2)2025-ITD-1_VIAP/1/187/2025 dated December 08, 2025, has issued clarifications with respect to its Digital Accessibility circulars. A copy of the said circular is enclosed as Annexure A for reference.
In view of the above, Exchange Notice No. 20251208-17 dated December 08, 2025, stands withdrawn.
