Submission of Half Yearly Networth Certificate as on September 30, 2025

Highlights of MCX Circular dated October-17-2025

As per the continuing membership norms of the Exchange, all Members of the Exchange are hereby requested to submit Half Yearly Networth Certificate and Computation of Networth as on September 30, 2025, as per prescribed formats on or before November 30, 2025.

1. Submissions of Half Yearly Networth Certificate and Computation of Networth are required to be made online in electronic form on the link https://member.mcxindia.com available for submission, latest by November 30, 2025. No physical submissions should be made to the Exchange. Computation of Networth should be strictly as per prescribed format. Reason should be provided in case where the Variable Networth is submitted as “Nil / /Not Applicable.

2. Details of documents to be submitted and instructions for Half Yearly Networth Submission for half year ended September 30, 2025 are mentioned attached.

3. Members are requested to adhere and comply with the applicable Networth (i.e., higher of the Base Networth or Variable Networth) as stated in the SEBI gazette notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2022/73 dated February 23, 2022. Members are advised to refer to Exchange Circular ref. no. MCX/MEM/068/2023 dated February 02, 2023, for clarification on ascertaining Networth as per the said SEBI gazette notification.

4. In case of non-submission of Networth certificate within the due date or in case of any shortfall, non-submission of a revised Networth certificate along with the original Networth certificate as on September 30, 2025, disciplinary actions shall be initiated by the Exchange as stipulated in circular Ref no. MCX/INSP/525/2025 dated October 10, 2025.

5. As per Exchange circular no. MCX/MEM/473/2025 dated September 22, 2025, in case any Member re-submits the Networth certificate beyond 15 calendar days from the date of intimation of deficiency by the Exchange, a penalty of Rs.200/- per day will be levied till rectification of the deficiencies. In case the resubmitted documents are also deficient, then the penalty shall continue till such submission where there is rectification of the deficiencies.

Members are advised to take note of the above and ensure due compliance on or before November 30, 2025.
