Highlights of the Circular :
This has reference to Exchange circular no. NCDEX/Member Tech Compliance-08/2026 dated April 23, 2026, requiring all the trading members to submit the Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit Report for the period ending March 31, 2026, to the Exchange on or before June 30, 2026.
The submission of Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit Report for the period ending March 31, 2026 is mandatory for all Trading Members falling under Qualified RE’s, Mid-size RE’s and Small size RE’s.
Additionally, with reference to Exchange Circular no-NCDEX/COMPLIANCE-051/2025 dated September 29, 2025, regarding technology-based sharing mechanisms for common submissions among exchanges, Members of the Exchange who are also registered with NSE shall submit their Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit report to NSE only. Members of the Exchange who are not registered with NSE shall continue to make submissions to the Exchange as per existing process on email Id -inf...@ncdex.com on or before due date, to avoid any penalty/disciplinary action, as prescribed in Exchange circular no. NCDEX/MEMBER INSPECTION-009/2026 dated April 17, 2026.
All Trading Members are advised to take note of the above and comply.
