This is with reference to MCX Circular no. MCX/FIM/202/2025 dated April 25, 2025 on Master Circular –– Institutional Participants in Commodity Derivatives Markets
In partial modification of the above referred, circular, the following paragraph stands deleted:
This circular is consolidation of all the previous circulars issued by MCX pertaining to Institutional Participants in Commodity Derivatives Markets.
In case of any inconsistency between the Master Circular and the applicable circulars, the content of the relevant circular shall prevail.
The members are hereby informed to read the aforementioned paragraph as:
This Master Circular covers the relevant circulars/communications issued by Exchange up to March 31, 2025. This Master Circular rescinds the circulars and communications listed in Schedule I to this circular
The remaining circular content stays unchanged.
Members and their constituents are requested to take note of the change.
