Dear HODs,

Greetings!

Attached please find the NAAC manuals required for SSR preparation. Manual in Word format and as well as Pdf format is attached. In addition, we will send you one hard copy per department. 

NAAC manual contains all the information required; especially the assessment indicators, details of key aspects and mathematics of grade calculation. Please circulate to all the faculty members of your department. 

We have invited Dr. Ramesh Kasetwar, form 'Quality Plus', Pune to conduct awareness programme and mock audit. Following is the schedule. 

Proposed program : 3 days

(Maximum faculty, senior functionaries (Administration, Library, Comp Lab, Academics) are recommended to attend for covering various issues related to QiSHE.)

Day 1 - 15th June 2015 (0900 to 1730 hrs)

Pre-Lunch session

Session I   : Need for QiSHE by Principal SECE

Session II  : Need for QiSHE by Prof Kasetwar

Session II  : Understanding the process of Assessment and Accreditation by NAAC in consultation with you

Post Lunch session

> Presentations by HsODs  : Topic / time slot for each HOD will be given by Prof Kasetwar

> Presentations by Head Research 

Day 2  16th June 2015(0900 to 1730 hrs)

> Presentations by faculties (approx 15 to 20) : Topic / time slot for each faculty will be given by Prof Kasetwar in consultation with you.

> Presentations by Head Academics

Day 3   17th June 2015(0900 to 1730 hrs)

Pre-Lunch session

Session I : Presentations by few more faculties

Session II : Presentation by Head of Administration 

Post Lunch session

Session III  : Summation and recommendations by Prof Kasetwar

Session Iv   : Summation by Principal of SECE
