NAAC Experts Visit - Responsibilities of HsOD

Dear HsOd,

Greetings!

The NAAC Experts visit schedule (15th June 2015 - 17th June 2015) was already circulated to all the departments. Copy is attached for ready reference. Following are the HsOD and department responsibilities.

1. HsOD shall prepare Dept PPT as per format provided and present it to the experts.
2. To assist the experts during their department tour and to answer queries if any.
3. To identify atleast one research experiment (existing or proposed ) and explain to the experts.
4. To call students (as soon as possible, 5 or more students per class) and ensure their presence in our college at the start of Session:9 of visit schedule. (16th June 2015, 9.30 Am - 10.00 Hrs)
5. To invite parents (as soon as possible, 3 parents per class) and ensure their presence in our college at the start of Session:10 of visit schedule. (16th June 2015, 10.00 - 10.30 Hrs).
6. Dr. Chandrasekar, Placement Director will invite and organize Alumni meeting. Session:10 of visit schedule. (16th June 2015, 10.00 - 10.30 Hrs).. HsOD will provide support to him.
7. Mr. Kannan, Director - IT Career Excellence will invite and organize industry partners meeting. Session:15, 15.30 Hrs - 16.30 Hrs on 16th June 2015. HsOD will provide support to him.
8. Ensure availability of all the faculty and non-teaching staff members during the visit.
9. HOD- CSE to organize cultural programme on 15th June 2015 (Session:7, 18.00 - 19.30 Hrs)
