Another issue arose after installing the Kaspersky Mobile Antivirus: AppLock & Web Security app. Upon tapping "I HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION," "Sign in to My Kaspersky," then entering my credentials and tapping "Sign in," the words "Incorrect email address or password" appeared right under the password entry box. Entering an activation code via the "Enter the activation code" link under the above-mentioned "Sign in to My Kaspersky" link did not work either. Upon entering the code found in a recent message from Kaspersky regarding my recent license purchase and tapping "Next," a message appeared about the code I entered being an activation code for Kaspersky Security Cloud that can only be applied on My Kaspersky. The message included four possible ways to apply the activation code. (Please see the attached picture.)

After several failed attempts to get the Kaspersky Mobile Antivirus: AppLock & Web Security app to access my Kaspersky information, I decided to unlink my phone from My Kaspersky and uninstall all Kaspersky apps from my cell phone.

We understand you have the Personal subscription for Kaspersky Security Cloud, however, do you have a subscription for Kaspersky Mobile Antivirus: AppLock & Web Security/KIS app or have you installed KIS Free app (as well as KSC) in the android?

Directly under "Apps," it says, "1 out of 3 devices protected," and shows the icon for Kaspersky Security Cloud for desktop devices (with a "Download" button to the right of it), as well as the icon for Kaspersky Internet Security for Android (with a "Download" button to the right of it).

Directly under the icons for Kaspersky Security Cloud for desktop devices and Kaspersky Internet Security for Android, but still under "Apps," it says, "0 out of 1 user protected," and shows the icon for Kaspersky Security Cloud for mobile devices (with a "Download" button to the right of it).

Directly under Kaspersky Security Cloud for mobile devices, but again, still under "Apps," it says, "0 out of 1 user protected," and shows the icon for Kaspersky Password Manager (with a "Download" button to the right of it).

I have Kaspersky Mobile installed. Today I had to reinstall it after installing a new rom. Now whenever I turn on the phone, I have to enter the kaspersky unlock code, which is different from the sim card lock code. Before I had the lockcode disabled, and I could use the phone without having to enther any code. I would like to disable the lock code, but can't find the option in the Kaspersky app. I've searched in the system settings, but no luck.

It is not very clear on Kaspersky but on SOME phone/android version, the K pin code/swipe... is overriding the one of the phone. In other words, go to your phone settings, not K, and disable screen locking!K lock will be disabled, phone one also of course.

Hello, @colemauro

Antivirus kaspersky for ios does not exists (only password manager).

Also sometimes is problem with login and SSL (i know i had this issue). You can keep trying login.

Or what i tried is connect to VPN network or simply acitave 4G internet on mobile.

Next option is directly inser your activation key into kaspersky for android and activate it (later you can login into your kaspersky accout in Kaspersky for android app).

Is this still the case today? I see now there's a Kaspersky app for iOS called Kaspersky: VPN & Antivirus, exactly the same name they're using for their app on Android:
-vpn-antivirus/id1089969624

Looking at the description, this seems like a free all-in-one app that just provides security checks on system settings and such, and it includes ads for some paid features that Kaspersky provides (password manager and unlimited VPN, which I assume will just lead you to downloading their apps separately anyway).

FYI : The screenshots from version 2.76.0.116 in the latest publication on the App Store are modified,
e.g. in the Anti-Phishing screenshot "Antivirus for your device" has been replaced with "Block dangerous links",
this description is of course showing up as well in the iPhone application.

If it doesn't actually have anti-virus, isn't it kind of misleading to put "Antivirus" in the app name for iOS? It should be something like Kaspersky: VPN & Privacy, or VPN & Security.

We're talking about the app name itself. It says "Antivirus" in the app title, which is what made me think they finally added that after years of no antivirus. I never really understood why iOS doesn't have/need an antivirus (I didn't read the blog post and I don't have time to lol, but it makes no sense as everything can still get infected). I have always felt sorry for iOS users when they think they're "safe" from everything.

Anyway, blocking dangerous links does indeed fall under the "Antivirus" category, but not completely. Having An antivirus means it should protect your entire system from viruses since they can come outside the scope of visiting dangerous links (such as from files).

This question does not appear to be about a specific programming problem, a software algorithm, or software tools primarily used by programmers. I have an Android tablet P6200.I installed Kaspersky Mobile Security trial version, and my trial period has expired. So I want to uninstall it and go to device administrator and unmarked Kaspersky. Now my device is locked and the device is saying your pin code is invalid. Can anybody help me?

If I understand your question correctly, your stuck at the secret code part not knowing your secret code. I guess just uninstalling the app via the default android way will not work if Kaspersky has is own uninstall method. As far as I know, your options are as follows:
