5^TH ALUMNI ELECTION ON ‘26^TH JANUARY 2017’

 

Dear Alumnus,

 

            On behalf of our Alumni Association, we are glad to inform you that our 26^th Alumni Sport meet for the year 2017 as per schedule is going to be conducted on 26^th January 2017. The election of new office bearers for our association is planned on the same day.

 

Eligibility criteria

 

1.       He/she should be the alumni of SEC of any batch and department

2.      A little effort must have been taken from their side to stay in touch with association at least through mail.

3.      Must have participated in at least two meets of alumni every year which is scheduled on August First week (Friendship day) and January 26^th (Republic Day).

 

So we request you to give the nominees for the following posts for the executive committee.

 

·         A President                    

·         A Vice president

·         A General Secretary

·         A JointSecretary

·         A Treasurer

·         One PRO from each department

Dear Mr.Sellakumar,
Thanks for copy to me the msg reg election.
I find few e mail Ids in the addressee window.How is this msg conveyed to each and every alumni?Do we have all their e mail Ids?
Reg the eligibility  conditions, I seek clarifications.
1)Any batch any course--Its clear and OK.
2)Should have been in touch with SECAA.at least by mail.Suppose some one files nomination,who will check in f the candidate satisfies this condition.It's possible to accept or reject nomination on this basis only if you have a list of alumni who kept/keep correspondence with us.Be specific instead of vague.

3)Should have attended at least 2 meetings.Is it last year or in any year since inception ofSECAA.I am not clear and may be alumni too may feel this way.Be clear in terms without any scope for different interptetations leading to difference of opinion.

I also also intetested that our AA draws a nice useful action plan for 2017-18 and start implementing.
I wish all success for the efforts of SECAA.
