VCF Midwest 20 (wow, twenty!) will be held September 13th and 14th, 2025, once again at the Schaumburg Convention Center.  

We have a few surprises in store but for now, we're holding those cards tight to our chests.  But we do have...

Hotel Info

We have reserved a much larger block of rooms at the on-site hotel this time - see if you can fill it!  Room booking is open right now and you may reserve your bed and pillow by clicking here.

We have been advised that the front desk/main booking line is aware of our event this year, under the name "Vintage Computer Festival."  However if you have any trouble booking, want to add extra days before or after, or have any other rooming questions, please contact "Group Housing" at 847-303-8167 (M-F 8-4). Unfortunately, VCFMW staff cannot address your hotel rooming concerns.

If you've been sneaky or impatient and already guessed the show dates and booked your hotel room(s), please do us a favor and call Group Housing at the number above and have your reservation moved into the VCF Midwest block. Every room our group reserves goes toward fulfilling our contract with the venue.  We appreciate it!

There's a whole lot to do between here and there, but that snowball is already rolling downhill. September avalanche, here we come...
