H8 serial interface question

Trying to load a .H8T file into my H8 via serial from my laptop. It appears to be reading and updating the display but doesn't work and i think its missing characters. 

Does anyone have suggestion of which terminal program to use for my windows 11 machine that has the character pacing function?

Please use RealTerm application and on the “Send” tab, under “Delays”, set it to 10 for character spacing...
