Yep.  They were on a roll with their federal contracts around then.  DOD had them for some 6-8 years as the sole supplier of desktops.  Z100s then 89s then 150 and on to the 200 series.  They even supplied TEMPEST versions of the 150s and 200s.

Can remember throwing out entire cartons of binders to the point of filling dumpsters with unopened boxes of hardware/software docs.

Those Z100 (full size) binders would fill a bookshelf. I lugged boxes of them around for years (until a basement flood took care of them!)

 

It took IBM to show us a smarter size to make manuals

 

And then Apple somehow convinced us you don’t even need them 😊
