Hi everyone,
As much fun as it was to teach robot outer space themed kids yoga today,
I'm looking forward to subbing a few gentle yoga classes for adults at
The Mindful Body,
tonight and the next two Sundays. We live in stressful times, and yoga
is one of the main ways I've found to counter the intensity of it all.
No experience necessary. This is a good class for beginners or those
wanting a slow-paced class, with room to explore. We'll practice a long
savasana at the end, since many of us crave deep rest, and it's common
to not even get that while sleeping. Learning to relax is one of the
most important components of healthy living.
