Happy Solstice + Yoga Loft Closed 'til after New Year

Dear friends,

I am in Ohio so was going to have Nancy sub for yoga tomorrow. However, I just saw this news that the Yoga Loft is closed for the time being because of a fire in the building (everyone's OK). Not sure of the details, but will let you know when I hear more. The official announcement is below. 

My Mom & I practiced together today by watching a Rodney Yee Back Care video. Now may be a good time to pull out those dusty DVDs & videos, to keep your practice going!

Thanks for everything this year, may your winter be warm and may your practice stay with you during these extra-busy times! Rest and relaxation can go a long way! Ommm Shanti
