HELLO!
It's been awhile since I've used this email list. I hope to revive it, as I ramp up to teach more classes, both for kids and adults. How are you all doing? Feel free to respond (to
seawe...@gmail.com) and let me know!
I recently took an incredible workshop that inspired me to look closer at anatomy and the way our body is structured, and thus explore the most healthy and sustainable ways to move. I've mentioned Axis Syllabus before to many of you, and I am realizing it's something I want to study more and eventually integrate into my yoga teaching. If you have a moment to look it up and learn more about it, I do recommend taking the time!
I would like to share a couple of offerings I have:
1) Kids Yoga! As many of you know, I've embarked on this new journey of teaching 2-6 year olds, and it's been oh-so-fun and oh-so-interesting. I am learning so much! It's really pushing the edges of my creativity, coming up with new ways to engage the kids and share the joy that is yoga with them. This week, two new sessions begin. Fridays 10:30-11:15, and Sundays 10:15-11. All the info is here
http://rockbandland.org/yoga and Ronnie made this beautiful poster, below. Here's a
facebook event as well. I appreciate help spreading the word!

2) I am on call or subbing for Britt Fohrman at Bernal Yoga, her Gentle/Restorative class, on Friday April 22nd (on call), as well as May 13th and June 10th (subbing both). The class is 4:15-5:45. I hope to share some useful practices on how to relax, while gaining a gentle opening, and deep peace. For the on call class, I'll probably take class if I don't teach it, so I encourage you to go either way!
