Dear Friends of the Yoga Realm,I hope you are well. While I'm not teaching at the moment, I would like to share someone else's free teaching of Yoga Nidra, so that anyone who would like more rest and clarity, can benefit from this practice.
A generous organization called Bold Tranquility is sharing FREE Yoga Nidra daily sessions for 21 days. I have been participating, simply by calling into the # (way below in the forwarded email)... and you are all invited to call in and experience this bliss as well. It's a one-way call, so you don't have to say anything, just lie down for 15 mins and go thru the guided Yoga Nidra.
You can also listen to past sessions on the website in their email, and do two a day if you'd like. If you have time, while cleaning your house or room, or cooking dinner, for example, to listen to the 1 hour discussion with Amrit's daughter, I highly recommend doing so. The talk is from the first day - last Tuesday. It is truly inspiring to hear the power of this practice and reminds me to renew this practice in my own life.
I am not connected in any way business-wise with the folks offering this, and it seems too good to be true, but I haven't found a catch yet... and instead have been left feeling more rested and inspired each day. A note: They are saying it is for the well-rested woman, but men are invited too, and no one is keeping track.
Yoga Nidra encourages transformation and helps us heal deeply. Rest, Acceptance, Creativity, Transformation.In honor of this time of renewing Yoga Nidra, an ancient and powerful practice of relaxation, I am sharing a blog about it, I wrote in February.
