If you are new to restorative, this means we do a few poses only the whole class, all on the floor, supported by lots of cozy props, held for awhile (if you are comfortable). Time to rest and relax deeply (finally!) Requests are always welcome.
Bring your own eye pillow if you have one, or something to cover your eyes (a scarf or small towel or sweater/hoodie will do!)
