hello night-owls and morning-birds!

i am writing with a quick note that i have decided to start yoga blogging again, and by sharing this news, it means i will hold myself more accountable to actually do it. here is the blog: http://seaweedswayyoga.blogspot.com/ it needs some updating of info, but it has some fun history, of the caretakers house classes (i miss those!). would love to see you at gentle yoga in the morning, 11am-12:15pm at the yoga loft. $12 dropin or $100 for a 10 class pass. there are some good deals going on at the yoga loft right now, that i've listed on the blog!

oh yeah and for those of you who know about the choir i'm in, conspiracy of venus, we are singing at the make-out room tonight (saturday)! early! show starts at 7:30 and goes til 9:45. our friends tin sandwich (harmonica quintet) go first. and my friend hiya is bringing typewriters to write letters to politicians between sets, for those who feel inspired. $8 to get in, costumes encouraged.
