How to replace a file?

Hello,
it looks like I cannot replace  file by simply uploading different content to the same ID. Is there a way to update the content with a given ID?

You should be able to overwrite it. Please detail the steps you took to overwrite and maybe I can tell what's wrong.

It looks like I was wrong and files do get overwritten.
