Volume server dead - make next copy of volumes

Hello, what can I do when any volume server dead (include harddrives)? I have for example replication faktor 001 (2 copies on in one rack). So the volumes exists on other servers and I can read them. But I need make second copy of volumes which now exists only in one copy (on only one server). How?

You need to copy for each volume that was on the dead server the .dat and .idx files that resides on running servers on another server and just launch the volume server on that server.
