Swapping Volumes for Seaweedfs

Hello,
I have a setup wherein seaweed is running in an SSD (drive0) but the SeaweedFS data is stored in an HDD (drive1).
I am looking for a solution where I can essentially hotswap the HDD (drive1) so when I reformat my operating system and start a new SeaweedFS, I can still recover my SeaweedFS data stored in the HDD.
