Here are some invites for the week and beyond.

MUSIC:
Wednesday November 5th,
I'm singing with Conspiracy of Venus!
at the Lost Church in North Beach
for the SF Leonard Cohen Festival
Earlybird tickets are on sale until or thru Sunday November 2nd. (I'm not sure which, I guess try it and see?)

Doors 6:30, Show 7:15-9:30 with one intermission
All ages welcome
We will be singing four of our Leonard Cohen songs for this show!
As many of you know, we are connected to Conspiracy of Beards, who sing ALL Leonard Cohen songs.
We have enjoyed singing L.Cohen's songs for years, and keep finding new layers to them.
We just got back from our annual river retreat, where we enjoyed singing by the American River.
Please save the date for Saturday December 20th when we're at the Make-Out Room too, with Natalie Hopner's band Captain Flapjack! 7-9:45pm

KIDS YOGA:
Also, if you have kids or have friends with kids and want to pass this on:
I am offering kids yoga classes on Sunday mornings and Tuesday evenings this month.
My new Sundays in the Inner Sunset class continues tomorrow & the next couple of Sundays in November! (11/2, 11/9, 11/16!).

It's at a new consignment clothing store for kids, that is dedicated to building community with families. It has a whole playroom we can use for yoga! There's a farmer's market across the street too, if you want to wander and check it out.
If you have a kid who may be interested beyond age range (4-6), please let me know, and we can see if it might work still.

I'm continuing the GrownUp&Me classes at KMS in November as well!
That means an adult (you or another adventurous adult that you assign) can go to kids yoga with your kid!
