Charles Shows this Friday in Bellingham

Hello Fellow Fans of America, a subset of whom are also Fans of Charles,

First off, a confession: Two weeks ago, we couldn't have named a single American. But after that record medal haul, we are now diehards. And no, this is not like our brief obsession with Red Sox Nation and Meerkat Manor. This is for real.

Secondly, Charles, Seattle Untimely's live-sketch relay team, is performing twice this Friday at the Upfront Theatre, conveniently located in Bellingham. Here are the details:

A half-hour of Charles, followed by an hour of improv

Now most sketch groups have a difficult time performing in the hyper-over-educated atmosphere of Bellingham. But being based out of Seattle, Charles is already pretty well acclimated.

So if you live in Bellingham or if you just happen to be passing through on your way from Vancouver to the lesser Vancouver, come on down and watch us lose our amateur status. It's guaranteed to exacerbate your national pride withdrawal.
