400K Route final, special notice for Wahoo users

The Summer 400K route has been marked "final". Nothing has changed in quite a while, so if you've already downloaded it you're good to go. The only edit today was changing "PRELIMINARY" to "FINAL" in the route name.
Wahoo users: Wahoo devices have issues with long routes (where "long" is nebulously defined at best). I've taken the 400K and split it into two separate routes at the Old Fairhaven Pkwy control (~216.5K). If you're using a Wahoo device you should download the two split routes and be prepared to change routes at the control.
