The trail nearing Rattlesnake Lake will be closed as soon as Monday Feb 2. The closure may extend for as long as six weeks.

An alternate biking route is to go via the Wilderness Rim subdivision. The route follows miles 92.9 to 84 of perm 4078 Snakebit.

I strongly discourage riding the main road to Rattlesnake Lake, which starts as 436th Ave SE at I-90 and becomes Cedar Falls Rd SE near Rattlesnake Lake.

The only currently rideable permanents affected are:

3505
4078
