Does anyone know where I can get a hydraulic brake line splitter so I can combine both brake lines into a single lever?  There’s a company called Outbraker that makes one.  It’s designed for para athletes who need to control Front/Rear Brakes together with one arm.  The problem is: they are out of stock and no telling when they’ll have them again.

We just started carrying the "Hope Duo" brake system at Gregg's.  It's a dedicated para/adaptive brake system for flat handlebars. It looks like the right lever to front + rear system is available.

TRP makes an inexpensive product called Auriga Twin Hose splitter, basically a Y-splitter. However, it means that each brake is only actuated with half the amount of fluid, so I have never been convinced that this system works better than simply running a single brake. We installed one of these systems for an athlete with one arm, and while none of us at the shop thought it worked well, the customer seemed pleased with it.

To clarify: The Auriga hose splitter thing is a hack solution to use with a drop-bar lever. It is technically designed to be used with the Auriga Twin lever e-cargo bike brake system only.

There is one from No 22 and one from Zeno that I know of. I use the one from Zeno.

I am sure your LBS can order them in for you. Ti Cycles in Portland may have some in stock.

Narayan, the No. 22 is a quick disconnect fitting.
Does not connect one lever to two brake calipers as needed.

OK, my apologies. I completely misread the email. Thanks for the correction.

It's also a bike polo thing but I have yet to see hydraulics used. Rather they calibrate the cables from one brake lever.
