SE Newport Way closure

"Zoo Hill") will be closed for approximately 10 weeks starting tomorrow, Monday 09/15.   From the official notification page (https://www.issaquahwa.gov/CivicAlerts.aspx?AID=6208):   "Starting September 15 and lasting for approximately 10 weeks, SE Newport Way will be fully closed just north of SE 54th St. This is because a section of the sewer will be placed up to 30 feet deep, below the roadway, requiring a specialized boring machine. Once this phase of the project is over, SE Newport Way will reopen for one-way eastbound traffic from December 2025-February 2026 while work continues."   Also from the official page:   "During construction pedestrian access along the roadway and trail will be maintained."   it's unclear (to me, at least) if bikes will be allowed through the closure area.
