NOTE: I just updated the event page with instructions for team captains. The tl;dr version:

Captains need to email Vincent with:

* Team name
* RWGPS route
* Name and RUSA # for each rider

Captains must complete this by Wednesday, October 27.

A question on behalf of route designers.  Will photos be acceptable for all controls or are we back to receipt and/or initials from a business?

Does EPP apply to Darts Populaire?  Would a GPX track suffice?

Just asking out of curiosity. I'm not participating.
