RCC is organizing a ride to Mowich Lake to replace the canceled RAMROD this year. Registration is open.

A couple of us rode up to Mowich to scout a new permanent last year. The lake was splendid and the ride was almost entirely car free. Not the same route.

I'm told that the roads that the permanent uses to the east of Hwy 165 are unavailable this year due to logging activity.

RCC/GETMAD has obtained permission to use the private roads to the west of Hwy 165.  This is likely to be a once a year at most opportunity.  With the closure of the Fairfax Bridge, the local communities are really hurting and Wilkeson especially is enthusiastically supporting this ride.
