Hey, lets get planning Meshnet in the Park.

To start, who all is bringing radios, batteries & laptops

I'll be bringing my laptop, and the following:

2 Nanostation 2 radios, potentially 3
2 Nanostation M5 radios
1 Nanostation M5 loco

I might be able to bring a 12v car battery, I'll see if I have one laying around. If you have solar panels or deep cycle batteries, definitely bring em, we can power a few radios off of them. The post on reddit is at http://redd.it/tjvsd, but lets keep most of the planning here. Also, we'll have a meetup at AltSpace on the 13th at 7pm like usual, I think we will end up using that time to prep for Meshnet in the Park.

Everyone ok with us meeting at 11am at Volunteer Park? I think we'll be able to get more attendees if we have it start at11am instead of 10am.

Anyone need a lot of cat-5 wire? I know a guy who has about 1/4 spool and a number of long finished cables he is giving away.

If you can, bring them tomorrow & we can use them to test out Power over Ethernet over long runs. I'd tend to think someone in the group could find a use for long ethernet cabling, especially for a roof run or other long run. Also, could you bring your Deep Cycle battery tomorrow?

Shall do. I'll swing by and pick up the cabling on the way.
