Looking for Volunteers for 50th Cherry Blossom and Sakura Con

Hello Go players,

 

Both the Cherry Blossom 50th Anniversary Festival (April 11th-13th) and Sakura Con (April 18th-20th) are coming up next month and I am looking for 8+ volunteers for each.

 

The Cherry Blossom Festival located at the Seattle Center Armory Food & Event Hall and runs from 11am-5pm. This being their 50th, I do want to be ready for a large er crowd then normal. I'd also like 1-2 volunteers to help me with set up. If you like to help out, please let me know which day you can help with and if you can help with set up on 11th and take down on the 13th.

Sakura-Con is located in Seattle Convention Center Summit. We run from 9am-9pm. Because of the longer hours I am looking to have a schedule and asking volunteers to commit to 4 hours of time to manage the room and teach people. People who volunteer get badges, and when you are not on schedule, you are free (and I encourage you) to enjoy the con. If you want to volunteer for this event, I do need your full legal name to get you a badge. I also ask you to say if you want to work Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. I can't guarantee to give you your preferred time, but first responses get priority for preferred time. So please, If you want to volunteer for this event, please email back sooner rather than later and give me your full legal name (also desired name for badge), and your preferred day to work.

 

Also to Make the Sakura Con badges to smoother, can you also provide (* are required)

• Preferred Name (what will be on the badges)
• Show Legal Name? (Y/N)
