Solarie,

You are so great. I like all you ideas. You are a very responsible chairman. I think every member can contribute in different way so that we can have more activities.

Thank you for your kind comment, Yu. I am not the chairperson though.
In fact we don't have one at this moment.

I am just here to help establishing the infrastructure. The group will
have a most proper person selected as the Chair later on, when we have
more people standing out as candidates.

I surely hope our young Chinese professionals could show more interest
and leadership in community betterment. It will benefit yourselves
tremendously as individuals as well.

best wishes,

Solarie

Thank Solarie for the strategic planning. We should
think about ways to make our association and all
members prosper.

I support the ideas of topic meetings, and I can
volunteer to be in charge of Investment and Financial
Management meetings. I hold a master's degree in
economics, and invest in stocks, bonds, options and
real estates. In real estate field, I have invested in
single family houses, condos and land, and
geographically in California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas
and Washington. Some investments have done well, while
some not. There are both experiences and lessons to
share.

Investments are very important, not less than the
daytime jobs. I attend investor meetings a lot, and
know several Boeing technicians have kept investing in
Seattle real estates for years, and now become
multimillionaires, much more than their job pays.
Investments are not just about money, but also
intelligent games.

Thanks Jun. We definitely need various professionals like you to join this group. I guess most people here will like to be your customers and wish you have a good business future. But we do not like to see is too many  email ads or "commercial" conversations in the parties, which are really annoying.

Helping build up a good social group is the first step. Once people enjoy staying in this group, they will look for you if they need to buy/sell a house.

Have a nice weekend.

I totally agree with Yun Haihua. That's why I think
Solaris' idea to set up meetings for different topics
is great. So we can seperate fun and career
development/investment into different sessions.

I agree with Chen Yu that Solarie is full of great
ideas. I propose we nominate Solarie to be the
chairwoman. Solarie's dedication and organizational
skills prove she is the best.

For card game / poker game, I suggest Mr. WANG Yi to
lead. Wang Yi is the best poker player. Pretty sure
Wang Yi can win big if he goes to Las Vegas. For those
of us who want to learn or improve skills in this
popular game, we need a mentor like Wang Yi.

All nominations will be reviewed and discussed before finalization.
Some position will remain open till we find the best fit. Investment
and financial management are too important for us to pick leaders from
people we don't know well. The prerequisition is that the person
should have more than 10 years of professional experiences in
prestigious finance or investment institutes, have handled large
amount of transactions (millions+), and have been approved to be
knowledgeable and successful. We also prefer people who do not attempt
to use our organization as their marketing base. It's purely a
conflict of interests.

All positions will be reviewed and evaluated periodically. Adjustment
could happen any time due to necessity.

best wishes,

Solarie
