We are a private Washington-based hospitality organization and we are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team reporting the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.   Under the supervision and direction of the FP&A Manager: Creates Executive Dashboards, Business Scorecards, scenario analyses, budgets, long-range forecast, strategic plan and financial reports. Performs financial and statistical analysis of data – the latter focused on driving value through decision-support and predictive analytics. Prepares the annual budget working with Directors and Managers to understand financial operations and translate this understanding to operating budgets.  Creates budget and financial reports using financial reporting tools for efficient and accurate reports.  Performs regular account analysis to identify and correct miscoded or inaccurate postings. Works closely with Controller to coordinate report production according to demanding accounting calendar.  Provides general accounting support in assuring important accounting deadlines are met. Provides ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested.
