SYCPA Google Group Member's Guide
By accepting SYCPA membership, you are agreeing to be bound by these
conditions and terms. So please read carefully.
1. About SYCPA:
>>Seattle Young Chinese Professionals Association (SYCPA) is a non-political, non-religious, non-profit, and volunteer-based association for young Chinese professionals in Greater Seattle Area.

3. Membership Policy
>>All qualified Chinese professionals are welcomed.
>>Only group page managers can invite/add new members. Managers are also responsible of confirming identifications of new applicants (via referral person or personal contact) before inviting/adding them in. This is solely due to security and privacy considerations, so to avoid malicious outsiders and prevent leakage of private information.
>>Management team is consisted of 10 managers who volunteer to monitor and assist both group activities and webpage/mailing-list maintenance. The manager status is an acknowledgment of individual leadership and community service, rather than authority or seniority. Appointment of manager status is based on a floating merit system. Managers remain inactive for more than 6 weeks would automatically disqualify from manager status. New managers will be nominated from those who have been constantly involving themselves in organizing and assisting group activities.
>>Group owners and managers reserve the right to reject, ban or remove individuals from the group, subject to suspicious identities, inappropriate languages or behaviors. First time violators will be granted with warnings only. Repetitive violation will result in suspension or permanent discontinuation of membership.
