Position/Role Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling Interviews with candidates and interviewers in a timely manner
* Responsible for interview feedback collection from project teams, provide feedback to vendors and upload to Taleo real time.
* Regularly communicate with vendors regarding candidates and open requisitions.
* Manage candidate submittals in Taleo and via email, submitting all candidates to project leads in a timely manner
* Open and close requisitions in Taleo, and maintain communication with vendors regarding these changes.
* Initiation and Selection of Appropriate Background Investigation Package on all Candidates at Offer Accept.
· Interact with key stakeholders by participating in team calls and provide pertinent information to vendors.
* Proactively highlights any roadblocks or potential concerns with hiring community or the candidate on interview cancellations or reschedules.
* Responsive to all candidate inquiries timely and professionally.
* Delivers a "white glove" candidate experience through all communications with candidates from initial outreach to offer letter and return within established timeframe targets
* Contribute to Recruitment Strategy, Sourcing, Recruitment Process, and Coordination focus areas.


Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience
Education: Bachelor's degree recommended
* A minimum of 1 years of recruiting experience.

* Applicant Tracking System experience required (Taleo experience preferred).

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).

* Familiarity and comfort with a fast paced culture.

* Excellent presentation and communication skills.

* Experience with scheduling interviews.

* Functional understanding of the hiring profiles.
