DATABASE Engineer Principle person responsible architecting the new
WebTrendsLive database environment. Developed the new database schema and all stored
procedures (approx 100), triggers and all DRI using ErWIN version 3.52.
Architected the migration process of moving 3+ million tables (old schema) down into
normalized, relationship database with 75 ending tables (new schema).

DATABASE Administrator - Responsible for production support, server and data
administration of 25 database servers with 50+ mission critical client/server
databases (close to 1 terabyte of combined data) based on the Windows NT/SQL Server
NT 7.0 and SQL2000 platform. Perform daily maintenance on NT Servers, SQL Server
databases, nightly batch jobs, database dumps and backups. Perform tuning and
optimization of databases when needed. Escalated SQL Server issues to Microsoft
Technical Support as needed. Developed and implemented the database code
standards for use on production systems. Developed and migrated all stored procedures
used by WebTrends Online Product, WebTrends Live.

SYSTEMS ANALYST (IMG Operations) - Performed Tier 3 support for all MSN sites
that used Microsoft SQL Server as mean for gathering and publishing data its
respective Web Sites (Examples: Music Central, CarPoint, Cinemania, Promotions,
Encarta, etc. ). Responsible for propagating database code into the Test Lab (Manga)
for testing purposes and into the MSN Data Center for production the final
environment. I was a liaison between MOSCON, Development and Content Providers.
Responsible for setting up database replication using various tools (MSSQL Server
Replication, TSB, and CRS) for Expedia and SILK. Responsible for creating database
standards for all Web/SQL based sites for MSN.

SUPPORT ANALYST (ITG HR) - Responsible for production support, server and data
administration of multiple mission critical client/server databases in the based
on the Windows NT/SQL Server NT platform for the HR and Corporate Services
departments at Microsoft. Perform daily maintenance on NT Servers, SQL Server
databases, nightly batch jobs, database dumps and backups. Perform tuning and
optimization of databases when needed. Perform maintenance on HR Private Net (NTS) by
adding/revoking accounts, reconfiguring software, network protocols, etc. Act as
Second Tier liaison between 1st tier support and ITG dB development team(s).
Escalate SQL Server issues to ITG-SQL or PSS when needed.

APPLICATION ANALYST - Responsible for all data administration and report
writing of two mission critical client/server databases based on the Windows NT/SQL
Server NT platform. Perform daily maintenance on databases, nightly batch jobs,
database dumps and backups. Perform tuning and optimization of databases when
needed. Work with Access, Visual Basic and SQR on a daily basis in development of
various production and ad hoc reports and reporting tools for end user management
and act as a liaison between end users and dB development team.

integrity of a mission critical sales compensatory client/server database based on the
Windows NT/SQL Server NT and DEC s VAX RMS platforms. Used Access, SQR and
XENTIS to develop field compensation reports and daily transaction reports.

developed all data conversion processes. Beta tested and trained end users on new
