Level and ability to design a functional solution to meet the business
need. This group supports the finance business unit so experience with
financial systems and processes is important: Tax, auditing, financial
operations, revenue assurance, etc. Our client provides a great working

Must have the ability to:
* Gather and document requirements
* Create business and system use cases
* Gather and document specifications
* Gather and document test requirements including the high level and
detailed test case scenarios
* Lay a foundation of quality of operational support
* Be able to perform knowledge transfer
* Strong understanding of Finance business and nice to have credit and
debit card processing requirements
* Must be flexible and adapt easily to change
* Must be a leader and results oriented
* Must be able to identify areas of risk and escalate appropriately
* Manage customer expectations through education
* Assure a quality product is put into place and proper documentation is
established to guarantee long term stable support
* Must be able to create a work breakdown structure and articulate clearly
to management tasks and deliver-ables that must be completed
* Must be able to conduct facilitation and JAD sessions
* Must be able to work with vendors and manage accordingly their
deliver-ables where appropriate
* Strong understanding of supporting vendor and in-house applications
Minimum Required Skills/Competencies:
* 5-10 years experience performing business analysis
* Understanding of RUP Methodology nice to have, SQL skills nice to have
* Project management skills a plus
* Strong understanding of the SDLC
