Leading software company in the Seattle area is currently seeking a Software
Design Engineer. Responsibilities would include working on the design
and implementation of real-time collaboration services; working with key
people owning other components of their product to track problems; performing
optimizations as well as design and implementation work on future real-
time collaboration products.

Qualifications include:
- A minimum of 3 years demonstrated work experience in client/server and/
or internet related technologies with strong Windows design and development
experience.
- Proficiency in client/server computing, voicemail, video or computer
telephony, T,12x data conferencing and/or IRC protocols, Java or Visual
Basic Scripting, COM or OLE automation, and web-based server side technologies
desired.
- Multithreaded programming experience with OLE, COM and IRC preferred.

- A BA/BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
required.
