Job Description:
Rapid growing software development organization located in Bellevue WA
is looking for a full time Lead Software Engineer. Client is pre IPO
with successful track record of product development. Stock options
will be available. Lead Software Engineer, this position will
supervise 3-6 developers, provide technical leadership both to own
team and others.
Minimum Requirements: Solid theoretical understanding and practical
application of object oriented design and implementation. Excellent
skills in MS Visual C++(5 years), including Microsoft Foundation
classes (MFC) and Active Template Library (ATL). 1 year experience
with COM, DCOM, ActiveX using ATL, programming with ODBC and SQL
databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, or MS Access is required.
Must have experience developing solutions with Microsoft Transaction
Server (MTS). Visual Basic, web based development experience using
Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) and Active Server pages
(ASP) or IIS extensions DLL's desired.
