We are currently recruiting for an ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our growing
Seattle office.
BASIC FUNCTION
The Account Manager is assigned to existing business to ensure the highest
levels of customer satisfaction. The Account Manager is responsible for
generating additional business within fine.com's current clients, champion
the client within fine.com and help lead the client with online strategies.
The Account Manager acts as the liaison between fine.com and the client.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Generate proposals
* Facilitate the contract/PO/ Invoice process
* Manage client expectations throughout the development cycle
* Lead the client by doing presentations, preparing reports and suggesting
interactive strategy
* Resolve conflicts between the client and fine.com
* Negotiate with client on additional features, schedule changes, and
project cost
* Ensure that all changes to original specifications are billable
* Track, predict and report revenue on accounts
* Mine accounts for additional revenue and business contacts
QUALIFICATIONS
* 2-3 years of account management experience
* Fundamental understanding of interactive media, database design and the
Internet
* Excellent negotiation and communication (verbal and written) skills
* Good computer skills, preferably with Microsoft technology
* Masters of Business Administration a plus
* Must be a proven self-starter and strong closer with multi-tasking ability
TRAINING/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
* Microsoft Office
* Business Writing
* Public Speaking
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
