Primary responsibilities include diagnosing network routing,
authentication and name resolution problems
for COMPANY Network (XXN) customers; configuring routers and network
management systems in a
global, multi-protocol network; insuring real time monitoring and alarm
capability for network devices;
providing periodic 7x24 on call support; and assisting in the evaluation
and lab testing of new
equipment, protocols, tools and network services role.
