The Company -
Located near dynamic Dallas, Texas, this retail leader is a great

The Position / Title -
This is similar to an open order in that the details are sketchy but
the need is real. If a great candidate steps forward the employer will
take a look. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of
health and welfare programs, including medical, dental, life, and
voluntary benefits. As a senior benefits manager you will work closely
with benefit outsourcing vendors to implement company benefit
programs.
The Requirements and Experience -
Your time will be spent coordinating the annual enrollment process for
approximately 155,000 employees, partnering with the Benefits design
team (plan/program implementation), and working with internal
communications to ensure delivery of plan information. You will also
be responsible for helping various departments with development/
operation of HR programs, keeping up-to-date on current industry
practices with outside vendors and industry reps, monitoring vendors
for performance, and providing excellent customer service to all
Associates. In addition you will promote, communicate and deliver
benefits in a comprehensive manner. You will have excellent knowledge
of health and welfare delivery, project management, negotiation, and
organization. All of this plus your strong leadership, written and
verbal communications, interpersonal skills, and analytical/conceptual
skills will help you drive this winning company.
The Good Stuff -
To meet the demands of this position you will have earned a Bachelor’s
degree in an HR related field. A Masters Degree and HR certification
is highly preferred. Your 5+ years experience in a medium to large
organization, in an outsourced environment with a program delivery
focus, will do you well. Your superior customer service skills, along
with a focus on innovative service ideas, continual process
improvement, and timely customer issue resolution, will set you apart
from the other candidates. You may be eligible for relocation. Good
