Technical Skills Required
* Expert in Java/J2EE development and architecture
* Lots of experience with SQL and Oracle
* Should be very familiar with other web technologies such as PHP, DHTML,
JSP, JSF, XSL, XML, Javascript, and Ajax/XML
* Experienced with web development frameworks, Struts, JSF, Eclipse RCP or
equivalent
* Designed SOA and Web Services based architectures
* Knows how to work in a team/collaborative environment
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to interact with clients in a professional, articulate way
Other skills required
* Minimum of eight years in IT-related occupations
* Experience with Open Source Application Solutions
* Experience in problem resolution with IT systems and individuals
* Ability to interact with clients in a professional, articulate way
* Strong written and verbal communications skills
Platforms and Software tools
Familiarity with a majority of the following: Linux (RedHat, Debian),
Apache, JBoss, openBSD, LDAP, SonicMQ, ServiceMix, Windows 2003 Server,
Oracle 10g, CVS, Eclipse, Bash, Perl, PHP, Python, MySQL, etc.
