I have a lovely lady interested in making fancy treats for the shop--mini bundt cakes, shortbreads sandwiched with buttercream, all kinds of tiny delicate frillies. Would anyone be interested in attending monthly tea parties at Otherworlds?

It couldn't be completely free, because I'd have to pay for the cakes and such. But I'd try to just cover costs.

Anyone up for a Cup of Brown Joy?  (<--link to the song!)

That would definitely convince me to take a long drive at the end of a day… or one in the middle of the weekend day…

How about times? Any specific times good for anybody? "teatime," ie, afternoon, sounds logical, but anytime can be teatime!

It just occurred to me, I wonder if the Air Krakener's Guild (north end Steamrats) would like to move a meeting once in a while to a teaparty in the shop.  I know Erynn is busy with Europe right now, but Kier, Randolph, Qi, Maizie, anyone else, what do you think?  I think for most of you Edmonds is a bit further than Everett (being further south), but I'm curious to hear about it from you.
