Due to unforeseen repairs to damage we incurred on the RV while
traveling to Maker Faire, I must delay the Brewing Guild meet-up.

It was tentative set to meet-up on June 12th. I will have to delay a
month. I will send out an Evite to everyone when I find a free
weekend in July.

On the positive note, this gives everyone another month to pickup your
starter kit.

need help brewing. If this doesn't describe you, then please attend
another event since I have limited space.

Sorry to hear that. This should also give folks time to start an extra batch for practice if you already have a brew kit.

I don't suppose anyone is or has a connection with printing? Seems like the kind of skill you'd find among the 'rats, and I may have an opportunity for bulk ordering labels. I've fallen backward into a small mead and beer operation, and I'd like to put some art on the bottles.

I work at a printing house but am not in touch with the pricing and such.
It's a biggish company so I'd only be able to get you the name of a
salesperson and you'd end up going the same route as any other new customer
(ie I have no pull or string-pulling abilities). Let me know if that sounds
of interest. Warning that the minimum charge is for 500 labels no matter how
many you get so it's probably not the best choice for a small run beer
company. I just say all this in case that's what you're thinking. I do look
forward to seeing your beer out and about and trying it though.

In the past I have purchased blank labels at Cellar Home Brew for my bottles and designed my own artwork and scanned into my pc and then printed it directly onto the labels. Much cheaper way to go and still achieves your goal.

Agreed, this is way way cheaper than going professional printhouse.

Another possible route is silk screening in large batches, like 10+
per sheet, if you wanted to get a little fancier. Little more work,
but not by much.
