Hi all,
I have had this unusual, model-specific docking adapter floating around for several years. It's long past time I found someone who can actually use it.
It connects by a 6" captive cable to a specific model of pentium-based laptop (Fujitsu LifeBook 565Tx) and gives it video out (both composite and S-video), DE-9 serial and DA-15 joystick ports, and a very small, high-density port that is apparently for some sort of external floppy drive. It is called an "MMB video" adapter, according to the label, and its Fujitsu part number is FPC90-0083-02.
This thing is so uncommon I can't even find mention of it anywhere. Hopefully some laptop collector out there will recognize it.
