DMPAL programmer?

Is anyone here able to program a National Semiconductor DMPAL16R8, or lend me a programmer that's capable?

I have an old tube full of these and various other DMPAL chips, which I'd be happy to give away the rest of.

The thing I need it for is to replace the HAL chip of an Apple IIe. I know there's easier chips to program, but I have these ones on hand already.
