Code for 2/13/2012 session

I'll be putting code for Monday the 13th up at https://github.com/banshee/SampleCodeForAndroidStudySessions.

(It's there now, but I still want to go through and add some explanations of what's happening.)

I'll be covering three things:

1.  Playing and controlling audio.

2.  Playing and controlling video.

3.  Using the camera to take a photo and displaying that photo in a fragment.
